Overview

As a Box Office Attendant at the Santander Arena and Santander Performing Arts Center, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to patrons attending various events. Your primary responsibilities will include opening and closing the ticket window during event hours, selling tickets, and assisting customers both in-person and over the phone. This position requires a friendly demeanor and the ability to handle transactions accurately, ensuring that patrons have a smooth and enjoyable experience when purchasing tickets. You will also be expected to perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the ticketing operations at the venue.

This role pays an hourly rate of $11.00-$11.50

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close ticket window during business hours.
• Sell tickets for the Santander Arena and Santander Performing Arts Center
• Provide customer service to patrons at the window and/or over the phone
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Provide great customer service and show the ability to work well with the general public and other employees.
• Must be able to accurately handle money receipts.
• Strong verbal communication skills (Spanish is a plus)
• Ticketmaster or other ticketing software experience/knowledge a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, (this postion is mostly weekend and evening hours only)
• Hardworking, and reliable.
• Must be computer savvy
• Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment
• Familiarity with Windows based computers
• Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team
• Must be able to work in a loud noise environment
• Must be over 18 years or older
• Proven ability to work well with all levels of management
• Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
