Overview
The Box Office Associate is responsible for all ticket and subscription sales, customer service support, and maintaining a professional front of house environment.
This role pays an hourly rate of $14.00-$20.00

This position will remain open until December 31, 2025.
Responsibilities
- Provide all patrons with a superior customer service experience.
- Provide information regarding Seminole Theatre events to patrons by phone and at the ticket window.
- Distribute literature to patrons and answer questions in response to inquiries about shows and events.
- Sell and process ticket orders via telephone, Internet, and the window.
- Accurately & efficiently operate the Eventbrite ticketing system to sell tickets for all events.
- Prepare tickets for will call pickup.
- Assist with miscellaneous box office projects as directed.
- Other administrative duties as required by theatre management.
- Part-time night and weekends, some daytime hours may be required, 10-20 hours a week possible but not guaranteed.

Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing with superior customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be well organized and able to multi-task
- Computer skills including but not limited to Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook.
- Previous Box Office experience a plus but not necessary
