Overview
The Beverage Operations Manager is responsible for the overall execution and performance of all bar operations at CFG Bank Arena, including club bars, main concourse bars, and portable bar locations. This role prioritizes beverage service while providing secondary operational support to concessions as needed. The role serves as the primary leader for beverage operations on event days, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality service across all locations.
This role pays an annual salary of $75,000-$78,000

Responsibilities
- Oversee all bar operations across the building including:
- Modelo Bar, Bud Light Bar, Sagamore Bar
- Club-level bars (1962 Club, Fearless Club, Center Club)
- Portable and event-specific bar locations
- Ensure all bar locations are fully operational prior to doors (staffing, product, equipment, POS readiness).
- Maintain active floor presence during events, prioritizing high-volume and club bar locations.
- Adjust staffing, product levels, and service flow in real time based on event demand.
- Ensure consistent speed of service, product quality, and presentation standards.
- Enforce 100% compliance with all alcohol service policies and procedures.
- Monitor ID checks, responsible service, and over-service prevention across all locations.
- Immediately address and escalate any compliance concerns.
- Train and reinforce alcohol service expectations with all bartenders and supervisors.
- Ensure all staff maintain proper certifications and adhere to uniform standards.
- Oversee beverage levels at all bar locations during events.
- Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure bars are properly stocked pre-event.
- Communicate real-time product needs and re-stocking priorities during events.
- Monitor product usage, shortages, and variances and share post-event insights.
- Ensure proper handling and organization of product within all bar areas.
- Supervise, train, and develop bartenders, bar leads, and support staff.
- Create and manage staffing schedules for all bar locations.
- Lead pre-event bar meetings outlining expectations, product focus, and service notes.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and disciplinary action when necessary.
- Promote a positive, accountable, and high-energy team environment.
- Partner with the Director of Premium to ensure club bar operations align with premium service expectations.
- Support execution of elevated service standards within:
- 1962 Club
- Fearless Club
- Center Club
- Adjust bar staffing, presentation, and product offerings based on premium needs.
- Communicate club-level operational needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Troubleshoot POS issues within bar locations (hardware and software).
- Ensure all bartenders are properly trained and efficient with POS systems.
- Monitor transaction flow and assist with resolving issues during service.
- Maintain strong visibility in key service areas throughout events.
- Interact with guests and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Ensure bar areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
- Oversee breakdown and closing procedures for all bar locations.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned, secured, and reset properly.
- Communicate product shortages, staffing challenges, and operational notes post-event.
- Assist with reconciliation and reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in Club Management or related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Admin (preferred).
- Strong written and oral Communication Skills.
- Exceptional leadership skills - Self-motivated, strategic thinker, positive attitude.
