Overview
The Music Festival Batcher is responsible for preparing, measuring, and batching beverages (especially cocktails or high-volume drinks) in advance for large-scale service at music festivals. This role ensures consistency, efficiency, and speed in beverage production while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
This role pays an hourly rate of $18.00.

Responsibilities
Follow standardized recipes to batch and prep large volumes of beverages
Accurately measure and mix ingredients for cocktails and other drinks
Label and store batched products properly according to health codes
Assist bartenders and concession staff with replenishing pre-mixed beverages
Maintain cleanliness of the prep area, including sanitizing equipment and surfaces
Monitor inventory of batching ingredients and notify supervisor of low stock
Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Comply with all safety, sanitation, and alcohol handling policies
Support other food & beverage operations as needed during the festival
Qualifications
Must be 18+ to comply with state alcohol laws
Previous experience in bartending, batching, or beverage preparation preferred
Ability to follow precise measurements and recipes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
TABC or equivalent alcohol certification (if required by location)
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
