Overview
Join the Leo Restaurant team as a Bartender, delivering exceptional service in one of Philadelphia's most iconic venues. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to develop their career within a high-volume environment while working alongside some of the industry's best talent. This role sits within our bars team serving a high-volume bar with craft cocktails and an exceptional wine list.
This role pays an hourly rate of $9.00 - $10.00 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards
- Providing friendly, professional, and engaging service to guests
- Making recommendations and sharing product knowledge to enhance the guest experience
- Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation behind the bar
- Supporting stock replenishment and ensuring bar areas remain fully operational
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a busy bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality venue preferred
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and high-quality service
- Experience working in high-volume environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and spirits desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and organized during busy service periods
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and develop
