Overview
The Bartender will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to customers in an outdoor fast paced bar setting. The bartender will create and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable experience for guests.
This role will pay an hourly wage of $10.65 plus tips.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers,
wines, and specialty drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Handle and pour drinks accurately and efficiently, maintaining proper portion control.
• Provide recommendations and guide customers in selecting beverages based on their preferences.
• Implement upselling techniques to boost revenue.
• Demonstrate an in depth knowledge of all beverages, menu items which will enable you to answer
customer queries with confidence.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices, including checking identification to verify legal
drinking age and refusing service to intoxicated or underage individuals.
• Responsible for opening and closing the bar.
• Work closely with the Assistant Beverage Manager in ensuring the overall cleanliness and
organization of all areas at all times and report any maintenance issues to your supervisor.
• Ensure that bar is following DOH guidelines and additional cleanliness procedures outlined by
Assistant Beverage Manager and Beverage Director.
• Attend all on going trainings, pre-shifts and any educational training sessions to keep up to date with
any changes, new directions and important information regarding our policies and operation.
Qualifications
• Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in an outdoor or patio
setting.
• Excellent knowledge of different alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines,
beers, and their appropriate serving methods.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a friendly and
professional manner.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of responsible alcohol service practices and compliance with local laws and
regulations.
• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions.
• Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions, including exposure to sunlight, wind, and
temperature fluctuations.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the establishment's operating hours.
