Overview
The Bartender is responsible for serving all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, at multiple concession locations. They must be personable, professional, and able to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. Preparing and serving alcoholic beverages per state and federal regulations.
This role pays an hourly rate of $10, plus tips.

Responsibilities
- Maintaining knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, with the ability to upsell.
- Follow the bar pre-shift notes and menus and provide service as described.
- Checking IDs and enforcing responsible alcohol service, including guest cut-offs when necessary.
- Handling guest requests, de-escalating intoxicated guests, and involving management or security as needed.
- Operating a register accurately and maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar.
- Request additional products or restock as required.
- Other duties as assigned, such as set-up and breakdown of bar equipment as required and assisting with the organization of the cooler.
Qualifications
- Six months or more bartending experience required.
- Experience operating a register in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work independently within a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long shifts.
- Bartending school certification preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, positive attitude when interacting with coworkers, managers, volunteers, and guests.
- Performing the duties of this position involves extensive and continuous standing and walking.
