Overview

The Barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, and operating smoothly. This role is essential in maintaining efficiency, providing excellent customer service, and creating a positive guest experience.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $6.00 and is tip eligible

Responsibilities

• Stock and replenish beer, liquor, wine, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including counters, shelves, sinks, and equipment.
• Assist bartenders by preparing garnishes, changing kegs, and refilling ice bins.
• Collect and wash glassware and utensils throughout shifts.
• Remove trash and recyclables as needed to keep the bar area organized.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
• Provide support during busy periods to ensure fast and efficient service.

Qualifications

• Previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must meet the minimum age requirement to work in establishments serving alcohol (varies by state).
