Overview

The Barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is well-stocked, clean, and efficiently run. This role plays a critical part in maintaining smooth bar operations, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring guests have a positive experience.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $6.00 and is tip eligible

This position will remain open until September 19, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Restock liquor, mixers, ice, and garnishes throughout service

• Clean and sanitize bar surfaces, tools, and glassware

• Collect and wash used glasses, barware, and utensils

• Refill kegs, change beer taps, and check CO2 levels

• Dispose of trash and recyclables regularly

• Assist with receiving and organizing bar inventory

• Maintain organization of storage areas and coolers

• Provide support to bartenders during busy periods

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (or legal minimum age in your area)
• Previous hospitality or bar experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Knowledge of bar operations and basic drink ingredients is a plus
