Overview
Music Festival Bar Staff are responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate beverage service in a high-volume, fast-paced outdoor event environment. This role supports an exceptional guest experience by ensuring all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are prepared, served, and sold in compliance with company standards and local alcohol laws.
This is a seasonal role from December 16, 2025 and will end on March 16, 2026.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $10.98 and is tip eligible
This position will remain open until March 16, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently
- Verify guest identification and comply with alcohol service regulations
- Accurately process cash and cashless transactions using POS systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Monitor guest behavior and report concerns to supervisors
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet service demands
- Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and restocking as needed
- Handle high-volume service during peak event times
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 or 21 years old
- Previous bar, concession, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work long shifts while standing and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors and in crowded, high-energy environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Must complete required alcohol service training (e.g., TABC, ServSafe, or equivalent)
