Overview
The Bar Staff is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by preparing and serving beverages efficiently and professionally. They maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensure all guests have a positive experience, and support overall bar operations. Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include bartending, barbacking, and serving.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $3.63 and is tip eligible
This is a seasonal role from August 18, 2025 and will end on December 18, 2025.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests and take drink orders promptly and courteously
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and surrounding area
- Restock bar supplies and inventory throughout shift
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
Qualifications
- Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 (or 21) years of age depending on alcohol laws
- Knowledge of drink recipes and basic bar equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- TABC or equivalent alcohol certification (if required by state)
