Overview
Bar staff are responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced environment. They maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming bar area, ensure compliance with all alcohol regulations, and contribute to a positive guest experience through friendly and efficient service.
This is a seasonal part-time role and will be open from July 23, 2025 to October 23, 2025.
This role pays an hourly rate of $10.00 plus tips.

Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Prepare and serve drinks according to company recipes and legal standards
Check customer identification to ensure legal drinking age
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar, tools, and glassware
Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
Process payments accurately via cash or POS system
Monitor guest intoxication levels and follow responsible service practices
Collaborate with other staff and support barback or food service roles when necessary
Handle customer concerns or complaints promptly and courteously
Comply with all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 or 21 years old (depending on local/state laws)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior bartending or barback experience is a plus
TABC or state alcohol service certification (required in many jurisdictions)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player
