Overview

The Bar Staff is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner. This role ensures high-quality customer service, maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and complies with all safety and alcohol service regulations.

This role pays an hourly rate of $14.70 and is tip eligible

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, tools, and glassware.
• Check guest identification to ensure legal drinking age.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately; maintain accurate tabs.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Follow all health and safety standards and company policies.
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Manage customer concerns professionally and promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred.

• Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

• Basic math and cash handling skills.

• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• TABC (or equivalent alcohol service certification) may be required.
