Overview
The Backstage Attendant supports performers, touring crews, and production staff at Texas Trust Theatre by ensuring backstage areas are organized, stocked, and operating smoothly. This role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality experience by assisting with hospitality, maintaining cleanliness, and responding quickly to artist and crew needs during events.
This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00.

Responsibilities
Set up and maintain backstage areas, including dressing rooms, green rooms, and production spaces.
Ensure dressing rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with requested hospitality items (food, beverages, supplies).
Assist with receiving and organizing catering deliveries for artists and crew.
Provide support to touring staff and performers in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor backstage access to ensure only authorized personnel are present.
Assist with load-in and load-out support as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of backstage areas throughout the event.
Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and beverages.
Assist with basic kitchen and food preparation tasks during downtime as needed.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and venue policies.
Communicate effectively with event managers, production teams, and other staff.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, events, or backstage/production support preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Professional demeanor and ability to interact with high-profile guests and performers.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
