Overview
The Accounting Clerk provides administrative and accounting support to the Food & Beverage Finance Manager. Responsibilities include A/P and A/R processing, GL entries, month-end closing activities, and other general clerical tasks as needed to support the venue's Food & Beverage Operations.
This part-time position's schedule expectations averages 8–10 hours per week and is expected to follow a consistent schedule throughout the Winter, Spring, and Fall seasons, with little to no work during the summer months.
This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00–$17.00.

Responsibilities
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Create purchase orders using the online AP system
- Gather invoices from the Warehouse Receiver and upload/organize them in a shared drive
- Process and pay invoices, matching them to corresponding purchase orders
- Assist with vendor setup and onboarding in the AP system
- Monitor the Accounts Payable mailbox
- Assist with month-end closing tasks as assigned
- Perform additional clerical duties as assigned

- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word & Excel)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
