Join Levy Restaurants at Philips Arena! We are looking for energetic and hard-working team members to join our team to provide quality food service and hospitality.

*Please keep in mind that if hired, you will work primarily on event days.

Responsibilities
- Greets guests at table
- Communicates monthly specials, answers questions about menu items, and takes beverage and/or food orders
- Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adhering to all company alcohol service policies and procedures.
- Enters orders into point-of-sale system
- Picks up drinks and food when an order promptly; ensuring food and drinks are to guests specifications and present a quality product to the table.
- Observes and follows-up with guests timely on additional needs
- Maintains clean tables by removing dishes, glassware and utensils in a timely manner
- Prepares and delivers check to guests at table
- Accepts and processes payment
- Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous hospitality experience
- Attentive and detail oriented
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
- Effectively communicates verbally with guests and co-workers
- Frequent walking, bending, stretching and lifting
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds

* This is a part-time seasonal position. Hours will vary based on scheduled events.
