The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth for Levy's food and beverage operations at Levi's Stadium. Working closely with location leadership, client partnerships, and internal teams, the Coordinator will develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to attract and retain clients, customers, and future employee team members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter) to drive brand visibility.
- Employment Recruitment: Collaborate with Human Resources to develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract and recruit top talent for Levy's food and beverage positions. This will include creating job postings on social media, promoting events, designing recruitment materials, communicating with partnerships, and tracking data.
- Marketing Collateral: Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including print ads, posters, brochures, and digital assets, for catering, event promotions and recruitment.
- Event Marketing: Collaborate with managers to plan and execute marketing campaigns for unique events, ensuring seamless delivery of promotional materials and experiences.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels, ensuring adherence to Levy's brand guidelines and style standards.
- Website and Menu Management: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and optimization of Levy's location-specific websites and digital menus.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Human Resources, Sales, and corporate teams to identify growth opportunities and execute marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the food and beverage or sports and entertainment industries
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools
- Excellent graphic design skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience with website content management systems
- Knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools
- Familiarity with sports and entertainment industry trend
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods while performing administrative tasks.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during event days.
- Ability to work in all weather elements
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be flexible with your schedule and available to attend/execute special events outside of normal work hours.
- Travel: Ability and willingness to travel as required.
This role is not a remote position. It will require a on-site work schedule.
