About Hollywood Park
Hollywood Park, a near 300-acre sports and entertainment destination, is being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke with the 70,000-seat SoFi Stadium as its centerpiece. Hollywood Park is the largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction in the Western United States. When complete, Hollywood Park will have up to 2,500 residences, a hotel, a retail district reaching up to 890,000 square feet, up to 5 million square feet of office space, and more than 25-acres of public parks and open space.
Home to the Los Angeles Chargers and Super Bowl LVI Champion Los Angeles Rams, SoFi Stadium is the host of world-renowned sporting events, including Super Bowl LVI in 2022, College Football Playoff National Championship game 2023, WrestleMania 2023, World Cup 2026, and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Olympics in 2028. Adjacent to the stadium and under the same roof canopy is a 2.5-acre open-air plaza, American Airlines Plaza, and the 6,000-seat YouTube Theater. As the Property Operations Coordinator You Will...
The Property Operations Coordinator is a multifaceted role providing day-to-day operational, relational, and administrative support for the property. This coordinator is the primary point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, service requests, and lease administration, as well as coordinating property operations for large-scale events. Key operational duties include overseeing work orders, conducting property inspections, managing vendors and maintenance, and coordinating tenant improvement and capital projects. Furthermore, the role provides financial and administrative support, such as assisting with the annual operating budget, processing accounts payable/receivable, preparing financial reports, and maintaining all essential property documentation.
More Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To…
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, professionally address incoming inquiries, service requests, tenant issues, and maintenance calls, including following up promptly.
- Assist with lease administration tasks, including maintaining accurate tenant files, tracking critical dates, and processing tenant correspondence.
- Coordinate with the marketing and event teams to ensure seamless property operations during large-scale events, festivals, and promotional activities. Provide on-site support for operational activities and oversee facility maintenance during events.
- Oversee and track all tenant and common area work orders using the designated property management software.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, curb appeal, and compliance with property standards and lease agreements.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance staff to ensure timely and high-quality completion of repairs and maintenance.
- Assist Property Management Supervisor to coordinate tenant improvement and capital projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on schedule, including job cost tracking, management of contractors, and hosting of regular meetings.
- Maintenance of property information spreadsheets, including tenant contact, vendor contract tracking, vendor certificates of insurance, and building contacts.
- Sorting and distributing mail, scanning and sending invoices to the accounting department, and following up on past-due invoices with vendors or internal departments.
- Manage security, cleaning, and landscaping services, ensuring high operational standards are maintained across the expansive site.
- Running and updating meeting agendas, incorporating operational updates, tenant concerns, addressing employee feedback, and event planning.
- Collaborate with multiple departments, such as Engineering, Construction Management, Human Resources, Accounting, and Leasing, in identifying and implementing portfolio-wide initiatives and process improvements.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual operating budget and various financial reports, including monthly variance reports.
- Support the Property Management Supervisor with accounts payable/receivable, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, and assisting with rent collection.
- Compile and prepare Tenant Improvement reimbursement documentation and ensure timely submission to accounting for review and payment processing.
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate lease abstracts for new tenant leases.
- Follow up with vendor payment status/collections.
- Maintain and organize all property documentation, contracts, licenses, and permits.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
We’d Love to Hear From People With…
- 2+ years of experience in property management, real estate, hospitality management, or a related field; experience with retail or mixed-use properties is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline is a plus.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- A Property Management certification (e.g., CPM, RPA) or a Real Estate License is a strong asset.

Compensation: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour

Hollywood Park considers a candidate’s education, certification, prior experience, as well as internal and external data when determining the salary level for potential new employees. Only in exceptional circumstances, if an external candidate has the experience, credentials, or expertise far exceeding what is expected for the position, would Hollywood Park consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
