About Hollywood Park
Hollywood Park, a near 300-acre sports and entertainment destination, is being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke with the 70,000-seat SoFi Stadium as its centerpiece. Hollywood Park is the largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction in the Western United States. When complete, Hollywood Park will have up to 2,500 residences, a hotel, a retail district reaching up to 890,000 square feet, up to 5 million square feet of office space, and more than 25-acres of public parks and open space.
Home to the Los Angeles Chargers and Super Bowl LVI Champion Los Angeles Rams, SoFi Stadium is the host of world-renowned sporting events, including Super Bowl LVI in 2022, College Football Playoff National Championship game 2023, WrestleMania 2023, World Cup 2026, and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Olympics in 2028. Adjacent to the stadium and under the same roof canopy is a 2.5-acre open-air plaza, American Airlines Plaza, and the 6,000-seat YouTube Theater. YouTube Theater is an intimate venue, making it the perfect place for concerts, comedy, awards shows, esports competitions, community gatherings, conferences and more.

As the Event Operations Coordinator, YouTube Theater, You Will…
The Event Operations Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for overseeing conversions and other event operational tasks within YouTube Theater. This position will be responsible for coordinating the scope of work for each conversion, estimating staffing requirements to complete scope of work within timeline, and directing staff, including temporary labor when necessary, to complete scope of conversion/task. The position will be responsible for assisting with the onsite training of part time and temporary staff. Responsible for assisting with movement, pickup, delivery and installation of equipment, furniture and other materials. Responsible for executing and leading others in the daily and continual preparation and upkeep of the venue and campus.
More Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To…
- Assists with the moving, pickup, and delivery of equipment, supplies and materials. This includes the relocation, setup and teardown of furniture, equipment, and other materials based on the needs of the event and venue operation.
- Performs maintenance and/or repairs for event operations related assets.
- Operates heavy equipment including but not limited to forklifts, pallet jacks (manual and motorized), boom lifts, scissor lifts, and reach forks
- Assist in the task development, prioritization, and quality control audits of the event operations/conversion scope of work.
- Ensure that the Hollywood Park policies, procedures and all safety requirements are administered properly and effectively. Ensures delivery of training or retraining is completed to address areas of non-compliance with Hollywood Park standards/policies.
- Provides excellent customer service to the Hollywood Park community across all venues and throughout the campus.
- Performs additional responsibilities as necessary and required.
We’d Love to Hear From People With…
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
- Has worked in an environment with strong adherence to safety protocols and applications.
- Able to effectively execute while paying close attention to details and final presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.
- Valid Driver’s License and record in good standing.
- Flexible schedule; Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on a continuing basis; able to stand for prolonged periods of time and work outdoors as necessary.
- Able to successfully pass and obtain necessary certifications to operate specific equipment as necessary and relevant.
- Ability to operate basic office equipment and have working knowledge of computer software operations (Microsoft Office and/or Google suite).
- Previous experience in Event Operations or Conversions preferred.
- Preferred experience directing the work of small groups and projects.

Compensation: $23 to $27 per hour
Location: Inglewood, CA (onsite)

Hollywood Park considers a candidate’s education, certification, prior experience, as well as internal and external data when determining the salary level for potential new employees. Only in exceptional circumstances, if an external candidate has the experience, credentials, or expertise far exceeding what is expected for the position, would Hollywood Park consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.
