About Hollywood Park 
 
Hollywood Park, a near 300-acre sports and entertainment destination, is being developed by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke with the 70,000-seat SoFi Stadium as its centerpiece. Hollywood Park is the largest urban mixed-use mega development under construction in the Western United States. When complete, Hollywood Park will have up to 2,500 residences, a hotel, a retail district reaching up to 890,000 square feet, up to 5 million square feet of office space, and more than 25-acres of public parks and open space. 

Home to the Los Angeles Chargers and Super Bowl LVI Champion Los Angeles Rams, SoFi Stadium is the host of world-renowned sporting events, including Super Bowl LVI in 2022, College Football Playoff National Championship game 2023, WrestleMania 2023, World Cup 2026, and the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Olympics in 2028. Adjacent to the stadium and under the same roof canopy is a 2.5-acre open-air plaza, American Airlines Plaza, and the 6,000-seat YouTube Theater. YouTube Theater is an intimate venue, making it the perfect place for concerts, comedy, awards shows, esports competitions, community gatherings, conferences and more.

As a Team Member Support Representative, You Will… 

Provide operational support for the Guest Experience department on event and non-event days. The Team Member Support Representative will serve in various roles, such as providing technological support for entry gates, distributing and preparing equipment to team members for event days. They primarily focus on preparing the Guest Experience department’s core areas with all the necessary signage and equipment in an organized manner.

More Specific Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited to...
  • Possess an extensive knowledge of Hollywood Park venues layouts, seating sections, access control, key venue attractions, key venue personnel identities, emergency activity procedures, and the surrounding Hollywood Park campus (i.e plazas, parking, and rideshare). 
  • Support designated entry by setting up pedestal scanners and acting as the entry point of contact throughout the event.
  • Ensure that all entry technology, including pedestals, tablets, and radios, functions properly and is charged during event hours. 
  • Maintain presence at assigned entry and address/support any guest or team member questions, concerns, or technology issues, escalating to the Manager and/or TMX Leads as needed.
  • Support with the distribution of event day fact sheets, technology kits, water distribution, and other items in appropriate areas.
  • Ensure all technology equipment is put away, organized, and ready for next event day operations.
  • Ensure the stadium and theater's guest service centers have the necessary supplies, including the cleanliness of all centers such as Pens, post-its, certificates, face masks, ear plugs, throw-up shirts, etc.
  • Collect and prepare the dry cleaning uniforms drop-offs from GX Leads and prepare them for pick-up the following day.
  • Assist guests and Team Members with wayfinding and other informational needs.
  • Uphold ticket scanning and wristbanding integrity.
  • Liaisons within the command center between all key stakeholders to exchange pivotal information that impacts guests and stadium operations and escalates potential problems to the appropriate party.
  • Provide information for critical incidents and emergencies in assigned post through the use of ticket scanners, visual ticket verification, ticket relocation, and facility knowledge.  
  • Respectfully perform job duties safely and efficiently without accepting gifts, cash, and/or objects containing monetary value. 
  • Required to attend department or company trainings as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, entertainment, or guest services preferred
  • Previous experience in leading a team of team members. 
  • Strong in  verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Positive and energetic attitude. 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Requires a flexible schedule; able to work nights, weekends, weekdays, and holidays as required.
  • Comfortable working in large crowds and loud environments.
  • Requires prolonged periods of standing, walking, and maneuvering up/down stairs in an indoor/outdoor environment.

Physical Requirements: 

The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. Employees must be able to move objects and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and maneuvering up/down stairs in an indoor/outdoor environment. Constant movement and use of limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina. Compensation:

Starting rate: $20.00 per hour

In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Act, compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Hollywood Park considers a candidate’s education, certification, prior experience, as well as internal and external data when determining the salary level for potential new employees. Only in exceptional circumstances, if an external candidate has the experience, credentials, or expertise far exceeding what is expected for the position, would Hollywood Park consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.

Candidates who receive a job offer and complete all hiring steps can expect to begin their first date of employment on June 21, 2025. The anticipated start date of June 21, 2025 is subject to change at any time based on business needs and other factors.
