Trail Drive Management Corp. (TDMC) is a not-for-profit venue management company in Fort Worth, Texas. TDMC manages all aspects of venue management, including but not limited to event booking, event management, marketing, IT, technical services, food & beverage, parking, security, housekeeping, changeover, maintenance, and more. TDMC manages several venues in Fort Worth, TX.

Job Summary:
Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) is looking for a part-time Suites and Loge Box Supervisor. This position is responsible for providing quality and hospitality to our premium guests - responsible for communication between management, FOH staff, culinary, administrative coordinators, and guests.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for ensuring quality and hospitality throughout the Suite Level of the arena
- Responsible for communication between counterparts in the department
- Responsible for the organization and preparation of events
- Responsible for assisting in closing out financials per event and ensuring correct billing takes place
- Responsible for supervising team members on non-event and event days
- Responsible for making sure each suite and loge box is properly and completely set prior to each event start time
- Communicate with the food and beverage team (suite attendants, food runners, supervisors, managers, cooks, and chefs) and guests of the arena to ensure food quality and service standards are always maintained
- Monitor staff by maintaining policies and procedures, ensuring safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service, while striving for optimal experience for guests and staff
- Serve as a liaison between Suite and Loge Box Suite Attendants and Pantry Coordinators throughout each event and ensure a positive atmosphere for team members and guests.
- Direct any other inquiries (not regarding food and beverage) to the correct entity and/or personnel
- Monitor and maintain food quality
- Assist management with monitoring the department by maintaining policies and procedures, upholding safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring a positive atmosphere for team members and guests
- Maintain, resolve, and enforce cash handling policies and procedures
- Monitor and enforce safe alcohol policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain inventory control and product requisition
- Have full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompaniments
- Be comfortable with the arena and know how to navigate personally, as well as assist guests
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a leadership role working in a fast-paced hospitality environment preferred
- Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Outlook)
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and proven customer service skills
- Exceptional organization and prioritization
- Works well with others; establishes and maintains effective relationships with fellow workers and supervisors
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving, analysis, and strategic thinking skills
- Candidates should maintain ethical conduct while working
- Possess strong leadership skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including – nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to communicate effectively with management, guests, and team members.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Working Conditions:
- Employees will work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures.
- Employees must have the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Employees will regularly spend their shift standing/walking, traveling stairs, with limited to no sitting.
- Employees may be exposed to high noise levels and/or fluctuating lights in event settings.
- Employees may be exposed to sharp objects, machines with moving parts, heat from ovens, burners, steam, trays, etc.
- Employees must have the ability to reach, lift, and bend to perform job duties throughout the shift.
