Reports to the Sr. Training Manager. This position serves as the primary administrator and operational support for the Training Department, overseeing training communications, scheduling coordination, compliance tracking, reporting, and system management to ensure efficient execution of all training programs. Responsibilities include setting up classrooms and training venues preparation, record tracking, documentation, data analysis, and various outreach campaigns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties below reflect the minimum requirements for this position.
· Manage the Training Department inbox and provide phone coverage for training-related inquiries.
· Build and maintain training and job forecast calendars aligned with operational needs.
· Maintain accurate training records and track employee compliance requirements.
· Compile and distribute training data and compliance reports to leadership.
· Manage and maintain departmental systems including ClickUp, JotForm, and internal scheduling platforms.
· Develop and update digital forms, workflows, and administrative processes to improve efficiency.
· Coordinate training documentation and requirements with Licensing, Operations, and Workforce Development.
· Support training classes, classroom preparation, and special departmental projects as needed.
· Perform additional training administration and operational support duties as assigned to support departmental initiatives and business needs.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience in security training, administrative operations, compliance tracking, assessment documentation, or other related experience.
LANGUAGE ABILITY:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as administrative licensing and training rules, regulations, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively to event staff and colleagues.
MATH ABILITY:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
COMPUTER & EQUIPMENT SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience managing workflow systems such as ClickUp, JotForm, and internal scheduling platforms.
