Contemporary Services Corporation (CSC) is hiring Event Staff for exciting opportunities at major sports and entertainment venues throughout the Los Angeles area. If you enjoy working with people, providing excellent guest service, and being part of large-scale events, we want to meet you!
Position Overview
Event Staff provide general support for events, including ticket taking, ushering, guest services, crowd management, and other event operations. Team members should be dependable, professional, observant, flexible, and able to follow directions in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Provide directions and assist guests with locating their seats and venue amenities.
- Support ticket taking, guest admissions, ushering, and other event operations.
- Follow operating procedures, safety policies, and supervisor/event manager directives.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, event staff, venue personnel, and guests.
- Observe and report safety or security concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Assist with crowd management and provide support wherever needed.
- Maintain awareness of your assigned venue and event area.
- Assist with break relief and support fellow team members as assigned.
- Properly use and safeguard company-issued equipment, including two-way radios when provided.
- Maintain a professional appearance and ensure uniform requirements are followed.

- Basic technology skills.
- Ability to walk significant distances and navigate stairs as required.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
