Job Title: CSC NFL Events Internship
Location: SoFi Stadium – Inglewood, CA
Start & End Date: Start ASAP – End of 2025 NFL Season
Compensation: $21.00 / Hourly
Reports To: CSC Senior Event Managers, Sofi Stadium
Position Overview
The CSC NFL Events Intern will support the CSC LA Operations Team in the planning and execution of NFL and large-scale events at SoFi Stadium. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in event operations, staffing coordination, and venue management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, live event environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Event Managers and Operations Directors with logistical planning and on-site execution of NFL and related events.
- Support credential management, access control coordination, and deployment logistics.
- Learn CSC’s event staffing model and assist in staffing roles when needed.
- Help ensure compliance with licensing, employment, and venue regulations.
- Maintain documentation such as staffing sheets, training logs, and deployment records.
- Attend and participate in pre-event briefings, walkthroughs, and client meetings.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for part-time event staff.
- Assist in post-event reporting and operational debriefs.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, venue stakeholders, and clients.
- Contribute to special projects, including schedule, staffing analysis, and training workshops.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work onsite at SoFi Stadium and other LA-area venues as needed.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Under the guidance of Operations Directors and Senior Event Managers, the intern may assist in supervising event staff. Responsibilities may include:
- Assigning and directing event staff on event day, if assigned by Management.
- Monitoring staff performance and assisting in report writing and documentation.
- NFL specific systems management and policy enforcement in accordance with CSC Los Angeles
- Addressing employee concerns and supporting client relations
Education & Experience
Enrollment in or recent graduation from a collegiate program preferred
- Ideal fields of study: Sports Management, Event Management, Business Administration
- Prior experience in event staffing, live entertainment, or venue operations is a plus

Language Skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety documents, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to draft reports and communicate effectively with staff and clients
Reasoning Ability
- Capable of solving problems and handling a variety of non-standard situations
- Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule-based instructions
Computer Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to learn internal systems, including Protatech Scheduling and SORT online training platform
