What You'll Do
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all attendees, staff, and performers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with directions, seating, and general inquiries.
- Monitor entry and exit points, controlling access and ensuring authorized personnel are admitted.
- Conduct bag checks and enforce venue policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches.
- Collaborate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed.
- Observe and report any suspicious activities or safety hazards.
- Direct pedestrian and vehicle traffic as required.
What We're Looking For
- Must possess a valid Class D Security License.
- Demonstrated professionalism and a strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by event schedules.
- Prior experience in security, customer service, or event management is a plus.
