COMPENSATION: $22/hr or $45,000-$50,000+

 GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Licensing and Training Coordinator will be responsible for conducting CSC required trainings and facilitating day-to-day operations ensuring all staff obtain and maintain state security licensing requirements for the CSC Washington DC Branch. This position will set the expectation standard to all employees, while ensuring compliance in both scope of responsibility.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct trainings as required in accordance with the hiring needs of the branch
  • Facilitate and record all necessary training documentation
  • Maintain training records for all branch employees to ensure compliance with all company requirements
  • Manage security licensing statuses and credentials for all active employees
  • Assists in day-to-day operation as needed to license all employees in both MD & DC
  • Remain logged into 8x8 daily to assist in both security licensing and operational needs such as scheduling within the branch
  • Submit all necessary documentation to required state agencies
  • Become proficient in the licensing procedures for both DC & MD while remaining up to date with any yearly procedural updates
  • Assist employees in rectifying any security licensing issues that are returned from the state agencies
  • Ensure accurate, up to date, and complete documentation both electronically and physically as required by both company as well as local agencies
  • Notify applicants of any denials, expirations, or renewals as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
 
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree; and/or related experience in the administrative field, security training, inspection processes, assessment documentation, or other related experience.

LANGUAGE ABILITY: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

COMPUTER & EQUIPMENT SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Explorer; Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft PowerPoint; and Microsoft SharePoint. Must become proficient on company ProtaTech Scheduling program, and any other company approved scheduling systems and software.
