SUMMARY:   The Wells Fargo Center & Philadelphia Flyers are seeking a Manager, Business Analytics & Data Engineer to join our Strategy & Analytics Team. This position will primarily focus on our digital data (Google Analytics & Adobe Campaign) while linking those insights to our company’s broader strategic & financial initiatives, This position will also provide quantitative analysis and data-driven insights on: ticket sales, customer demographics, consumer behavior and other analytical and strategic projects.

-Oversee/administer technical and strategic aspects of our email marketing system (Adobe Campaign) while advancing our utilization of new product features
-Administer the email marketing systems connections with our ticketing system (Paciolan), CRM (Salesforce) & data warehouse (SQL Server) to ensure data transmits automatically through the systems
-Identify efficiencies to simplify email creation/distribution
-Create additional marketing automation actions (emails, opportunities) based off consumer behavior (website visits etc.)
-Create Tableau Dashboards linking multiple data sets (PAC, Adobe, Google Analytics, StubHub, and Salesforce) to better evaluate company initiatives’ & consumer behavior.
-Identify strategic initiatives based off data insights. 
-Assist CRM manager with Salesforce projects that leverage multiple data sources.
-Create sales and attendance forecasts using statistical methods from available data sets (Sales & StubHub listings etc.) 

-4+ Years of experience in data-driven industry or job function 
-Advanced proficiency/familiarity with BI Tools (Tableau preferred), Adobe Campaign, Programming Languages (SQL, Python), and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups etc.). Advanced proficiency in Salesforce a plus 
-Intellectually curious with a desire to learn new programs and skillsets. 
-Experience analyzing large data sets to extract actionable recommendations.
-Experience importing and cleaning data sets from external sources. 
-Excellent verbal communication skills
-Ability to manage numerous business relationships in a professional manner
-Ability to create PowerPoints that clearly present findings to non-analytical audience
-Ability to execute non-conventional market research
-Attention to detail
-Highly motivated with a desire to learn new programs and skillsets. 

Knowledge Assessment:
Candidates required to complete case study to demonstrate technical, analytical and communication skills.
