Summary:
This role will be responsible for generating revenue and developing corporate partnerships across multiple Comcast Spectacor sports and entertainment properties including the Wells Fargo Center, the Philadelphia Flyers, Philadelphia Wings and Xfinity Live!. This person must be results oriented and have a strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, desire and experiencing work with brands to find mutually beneficial solutions through corporate partnerships.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences, and relationships throughout the Philadelphia business community.
 
Responsibilities:
· Identify, develop and build new and existing corporate partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets for Comcast Spectacor properties.
·  Understand the marketing objectives of prospective clients and determine how a Flyers, Wells Fargo Center, Wings or Xfinity Live! partnership can assist in achieving their goals. 
· Effectively prospect regional and national brands and connect with executive-level decision makers to present new business opportunities.
·  Assist the Partnerships Activation team in facilitating client services, providing excellent customer service, executing benefits and overall account management for our clients.
· Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our portfolio. 
·  Negotiate partnership agreements and contract terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. 
·  Provide weekly evaluation of progress against set goals; reporting may include call/meeting report, prospect list, and other sales related information. 
· Special projects or other duties as assigned by manager. 
· Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and event management to ensure successful activation and fulfillment of partnership agreements. 

 Qualifications:
·  Proven experience in corporate partnership and/or advertising sales, preferably in the entertainment or sports industry
·  Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
·  Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus.
·  Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey value propositions and build strong relationships with clients. 
·  Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
· Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary. 
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development within the sports and entertainment industry.
·  Bachelor’s degree required.
