SALARY RANGE: $46,000-$50,000/year

Summary:
The ideal candidate is energized by the live event atmosphere, lives in the details, is solutions-oriented, blends operational excellence with creativity, and a commitment to executing flawless events. The position requires proficiency with current broadcast graphics systems used to display branding on all displays in U.S. Bank Stadium. Responsible for reception and distribution of digital content, including creation, management of assets, and operation of equipment associated with the digital display content solution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- A key member of the ASM Global Broadcast and production team, the Coordinator, Broadcast Operations & Production is responsible for helping to define and execute both the production strategy, operational processes, and execution of live events management.
- Support the Director of Broadcast and Production to concept, produce, load, and test all content for the various Events at U.S. Bank Stadium.
- Schedule the IATSE on-site event crew for various events at U.S. Bank stadium.
- Maintain and prepare event materials such as operational timelines, run of shows, contact lists, staff schedules, event content data, and other documents pertinent for event
- Administer and troubleshoot all content related issues on-site. Should have a solutions-based mentality on problem-solving and a sense of urgency on resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience
- A BA/BS degree in a field related to the position.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a broadcast, video production, or stadium/arena environment.
- Experience in live events, in-house production, and TV production.
- Additional experience may be substituted for education.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to effectively schedule staff for various events.
- Proven ability to successfully plan, coordinate, and execute tactically and strategically.
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required; ability to interact with all levels of staff including management.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic.
Technical Skills
- Must have experience with the process of designing and loading content into content management systems:
- Ross Xpression
- Ross Dashboard
- Kiva media playback
- Mira Media playback
- Ross Acuity Switcher
- Must have experience with Digital signage solutions
Experience with Triple play is preferred - Proficient in using Adobe Creative applications:
- Photoshop
- After Effects
- Premiere
Other Qualifications
- Ability to work with limited supervision and as a team member
- Requires ability to work flexible and extended hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours
