Position Summary
The Cleaning Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all events at U.S. Bank Stadium are cleaned to a first-class standard.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Coordinate the cleaning of all U.S. Bank Stadium events including but not limited to NFL football games, NCAA basketball, NCAA and High School baseball, concerts, exhibition shows, conventions, dinners, galas, club events, etc.
  • Coordinate and plan for major and small events.
  • Plan staffing and run multiple events going on concurrently as needed.
  • Create deployment sheets for all major events.
  • Run radio dispatch during all major events.
  • Run/assist with pre-clean prior to all events and run/assist with post-clean after all events.
  • Run/assist with staff check-in for all events.
  • Inspect all areas prior to events to ensure event spaces meet a first-class standard.
  • Ensure that all supplies are properly stocked for use prior to all events.
  • Ensure that radios, uniforms, keys, etc. are in good condition and accessible for events.
  • Act as Manager on Duty for events, as needed.
  • Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and support the cleaning services team.
  • Perform administrative duties including, but not limited to:
    -Internal/external communications via email, telephone, etc.
    -Scheduling event staff
    -Prepare estimates, as requested
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position assists with the supervision of the full-time and part-time cleaning attendants and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with ASM Global’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding; disciplining employees in conjunction with Human Resources; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education & Experience
  • High School diploma or GED certificate.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience
  • Experience in a similar sports and entertainment venue setting preferred.
  • Experience working with a unionized workforce preferred.
  • Experience scheduling staff in an event-based environment.
     
Skills and Abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain working relationships with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons, and others.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff including management.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with ABIMM or similar timekeeping software is preferred.
Other Qualifications
  • In addition to normal business hours, must have ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, that coincide with the event schedule. Must be available to work all 3 shifts, as necessary.
  • Must be able to work with a diverse workforce.
