Summary
Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Sales Intern at NRG Park in Houston, Texas. NRG Park is in the fast lane for opportunity and excitement. We are a one-of-a-kind premier facility with four major venues within one giant park. NRG Center (one million+ sq. ft. Convention Center), NRG Stadium (home of the Houston Texans and the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo), NRG Astrodome (“The” Astrodome), and NRG Arena.    We are seeking a creative Sales Intern to work alongside our team! This internship opportunity will provide learning and hands-on experience in sales and client relationship management within the entertainment industry. Interns are expected to work a minimum of twenty (20) to twenty-five (25) hours per week with up to a 1-year commitment and must be currently enrolled in at a minimum of a 2-to-4-year program.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following:  
·         Assist with event planning systems and internal scheduling tools to support event logistics and space utilization.
·         Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support scheduling, availability, and event execution needs.
·         Support client travel coordination and logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and general hospitality arrangements.
·         Review and maintain internal calendars and schedules to ensure alignment across teams and events.
·         Collaborate with internal partners to support seamless service delivery and adapt to evolving event needs.
·         Assist with lead management, including qualifying inquiries, coordinating sales calls, and scheduling client tours.
·         Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team throughout the client lifecycle.
·         Help respond to client and internal inquiries, providing timely and professional communication.
·         Track project and task progress across teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
·         Participate in meetings and cross-departmental initiatives to support team alignment and operations.
·         Identify opportunities to improve processes related to booking, coordination, and client experience.
·         Provide general administrative support and assist with day-to-day operational tasks as needed.
·         May perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience        
·         Actively enrolled and currently pursuing a two or four-year program at an accredited college or university with a focus in Business administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

·         Must have enthusiasm for the entertainment industry and a desire to learn and grow within the field. 
·         Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. 
·         Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·         Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
·         Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
·         Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.
·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
·         Ability to lift and carry event-related equipment and materials, as necessary.
 
Computer Skills
·         Operate a personal computer using Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other standard office equipment.
 
Other Qualifications
·         Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
·         Be licensed to operate a motor vehicle in the United States.
