THE ROLE
As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences by delivering engaging, informative tours of Highmark Stadium. To meet the high expectations associated with Legends Global and the Buffalo Bills, it is imperative that service and professionalism of the highest standards are administered daily by each employee associated with the tour department. This role leads daily and private tours, provides accurate facts and storytelling, ensures visitor safety, and upholds the service standards expected at Highmark Stadium.
Opening in the 2026 NFL season, The New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will have state-of-the-art technology that will enhance the fan experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Interact and guide visitors through a walking tour of Highmark Stadium in a safe and effective way.
Present factual, accurate knowledge of Highmark Stadium, the Buffalo Bills, and the city of Buffalo in accordance with the information provided by the management team.
Provide exceptional customer service to stadium visitors by welcoming each visitor, serving during their tour experience, and maintaining a professional image and pleasant demeanor at all times.
Answer questions from visitors regarding information on daily stadium tour options and other Highmark Stadium offerings such as private tours and private events.
Collaborate with team members to monitor the tour route and ensure smooth tour operations.
Communicate with teammates and supervisors via 2-way radio to relay updates, coordinate tour timing, and support tour operations.
Ensure safety of all visitors.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Ability to communicate effectively with groups of all sizes and guests of diverse ages and backgrounds.
Relevant customer service experience and ability to demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and guest engagement skills.
Ability to memorize and accurately recite scripted tour facts and information.
Willingness to be flexible with their schedule and daily assignments, and work on evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Computer experience and internet access for scheduling purposes.
Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, use escalators and operate elevators.
Ticketmaster Host experience is a plus.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
COMPENSATION
Competitive salary of $18/hour.
