Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters and agents

  • Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets

  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in alignment with venue goals

  • Negotiate venue deals with promoters and/or agents

  • Input and maintain all events and event holds using the booking software

  • Distribute booking sheets and show related information to personnel

  • Assist in settlement of all ticketed events

  • Contact prospective promoters, agents, managers and individuals to initiate the sales effort

  • Follow-up on leads generated by outside sources

  • Conduct facility tours for prospective clients

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for events and venue branding

  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, website content, and paid advertising

  • Collaborate with promoters and partners on event marketing strategies to maximize ticket sales and attendance

  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data and trends

  • Develop and manage partnerships with local businesses, hospitality groups, and tourism organizations to drive cross-promotional opportunities

  • Identify, pitch, and help secure sponsorships that align with the venue’s brand and events

  • Build and manage a network of local influencers, content creators, and media personalities to amplify event promotion

  • Develop influencer campaigns, including hosted experiences, social collaborations, and content creation strategies

  • Strengthen the venue’s presence locally, nationally, and internationally

  • Establish partnerships with media outlets, sponsors, and community stakeholders

  • Represent the venue at industry events, conferences, and networking

  • Act as Manager on Duty as scheduled

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education And/or Experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related field preferred

  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales, marketing, partnerships, or venue/event management is required

  • Strong understanding of live entertainment, venue operations, and event promotion

  • Bi-lingual fluency in English and Spanish required

  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required

  • Ability to effectively supervise staff

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects

  • High aptitude for figures and advanced writing skills

  • Professional presentation, appearance and work ethic
