The Role

Legends Global the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities and live events, has an excellent opening for the Food and Beverages Wearhouse Supervisor. This Position is supporting the Food and Beverages department by  for overseeing inventory, receiving, storage, and distribution of food and beverage products while ensuring accuracy, safety compliance, cost control, and efficient support of operational needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Include the following.  Other duties may be assigned:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring all processes run efficiently and on schedule
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and system updates
  • Supervise receiving of deliveries, verifying quantities, quality, and compliance with purchase orders
  • Ensure proper storage of all products, including temperature control for perishable items
  • Implement and monitor FIFO (First In, First Out) to reduce spoilage and waste
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, shrinkage, and damages, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with purchasing teams to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or overstock
  • Monitor vendor performance, delivery timelines, and product quality
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficient layout for workflow optimization
  • Supervise the control of inventory of alcoholic beverages with strict accountability
  • Oversee the daily issuance (dispatch) of liquor to bartenders by maintaining a documentation of dispatched item per order and the receiving of unused items.
  • Ensure proper handling and documentation of returns, transfers, and waste
  • Control access to high-value inventory and implement loss prevention measures
  • Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and accountability
  • Monitor the client’s needs throughout the event to ensure customer satisfaction and communicate any changes to the proper departments including but not limited to the food and beverages department, security, premium services and event services.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Directly supervises employees in the F&B Department, including Concessions, Kitchen, and Bars.  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with ASM's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience

  • At least 1 year of previous hospitality management experience required
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Food Handling and Alcohol Awareness Certifications

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills essential 
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Food Handling and related state and federal regulations required
  • Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights and holidays  
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Bilingual – English and Spanish

Computer Skills

  • Proficient in F&B Software, Micros preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Food Handling Certification
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification
