POSITION: Cashier (Part-Time)

DEPARTMENT:  Legends Hospitality F&B - Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum

REPORTS TO:  Director and Manager of F&B         

FLSA STATUS: Union, Non-Exempt, Hourly, Part-Time, Seasonal.

COMPENSATION:   $25.30 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer transactions (cash, credit, debit, and digital payments) while following company cash-handling procedures
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and address basic questions or concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and complete opening/closing register procedures
• Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

Must pass Hire-Right background check.

Education and/or Experience          

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Skills and Abilities  

• Must have attention to detail
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Must have ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Must have good organizational skills
• Must have basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures

COMPENSATION

Competitive hourly wage at $23.03
