Position Overview:
This is a part-time seasonal position at the Budweiser Stage in Toronto, Ontario. Employment will last until mid to late October and the hours will vary weekly. Shifts are usually on evenings throughout the week, with a few full-day events scheduled. Must be able to work all event days/evenings when needed. This position requires the ability to work past midnight for most events.
• Close-Out Supervisors will work directly with all Managers and the Lead Close-Out Supervisor at the end of the night with back-of-house close-out procedures.
• Using the company’s Inventory Management System (YellowDog) to balance location inventories at the end of each event, and assigning inventory recounts to locations if needed.
• Will assist Stand Leads with smooth operations from opening to closing of their assigned stands.
• Performing other related duties, tasks and responsibilities are required.
• Regularly collecting inventory slips and correctly entering product transfers into company’s Inventory Management System (YellowDog).
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
• Must be a quick learner.
• Previous supervising experience required.
• Previous experience with an Inventory Management system (i.e. YellowDog Software, Appetize, etc) required.
• Must be available to work evenings, and weekends when needed.
Pay rate: $23 per hour
