QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience        

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality leadership role required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and event-based shifts
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Skills and Abilities  

• Barista experience and knowledge of espresso drink preparation
• Experience supervising teams in event or convention settings
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
