Job Summary 
The Assistant Broadcast Technology Manager will assist in all areas of production for Allegiant Stadium events. This position will serve as Production Technology’s main point of contact with venue Booking, Sales and Events to coordinate usage of Allegiant Stadium’s indoor and outdoor LED video boards, ensuring that all patrons, clients and promoter/production managers are consistently treated in a first class, professional manner producing successful events. The Assistant Broadcast Technology Manager will also be responsible for coordination of content delivery, import and testing for all public and private events at Allegiant Stadium. This demanding position requires a flexible work schedule, which will include some evenings, weekends and holidays. 
 
Essential Functions 
 
  • Serve as main point of contact to Allegiant Stadium Booking, Events and Sales to coordinate usage of video boards for tours, walk-throughs and events 
  • Coordinate content delivery, import and test for all Allegiant Stadium events, as well as coordinating exterior signage content and rotations 
  • Develop and maintain video archive of all public and private events; coordinate event records and distribution to clients 
  • Process, ship and track all control room equipment return merchandise authorizations to ensure 100% operational capacity for all Allegiant Stadium events 
  • Work closely with Raiders and UNLV production staff on creation and implementation of all creative content 
  • Work with broadcasters on events to coordinate truck parking, set day crew access, and feed sharing 
  • Coordinate the proper startup and shutdown procedures for Allegiant Stadium tour program and provide support of tour technical systems 
 
 
Required Qualifications 
 
  • A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)  
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience working in production for a collegiate/professional team or facility 
  • Proficient in Ross Video production equipment including Xpression CG and Acuity Switchers 
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts including management of IP addresses and networking new devices 
  • Proficient in manipulation of LED video board content using Adobe CC Suite 
  • Strong grasp of Control Room workflows and best practices 
  • Excellent written and oral communication, client service, and project management skills required; ability to interact with all levels of staff including management 
  • Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic 
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and frequent change, delays or unexpected events 
  • Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to learn required business systems 
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners 
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamless with excellent attention to detail 
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
