As an Faciltiy Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the facility operates efficiently, safely, and provides an exceptional experience for all customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective facility operations and customer service.
- Overseeing the daily operation, supervision, and maintenance of the facility to ensure all areas remain fully functional and operational.
- Conducting all required employee training programs and ongoing performance evaluations and testing.
- Evaluating part-time employees and collaborating with senior management regarding promotions and advancement opportunities.
- Monitoring and ensuring the proper maintenance of all playing surfaces, ice rinks, and facility equipment.
- Supervising the upkeep, maintenance, and inventory of rental skates and all sports-related equipment.
- Scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing all ice resurfacing and ice-cut operations.
- Performing regular facility inspections and providing feedback, recommendations, and procedural reports to the General Manager.
- Ordering facility supplies and operational materials with General Manager approval.
- Enforcing all facility policies, procedures, rules, and safety guidelines.
- Maintaining a safe environment for customers, employees, and guests by ensuring compliance with all safety standards and operational procedures.
- Assisting with special projects and other operational duties as assigned by senior management.
The Facility Manager is expected to lead by example, maintain professional standards, and contribute positively to the overall success and growth of the facility.
