POSITION OBJECTIVE
Venue Smart is a rapidly growing, well established, and reputable event cleaning company. We travel around the country working at large events such as PGA tours, music festivals, concerts, fairs and many more. We manage and maintain the cleanliness of the venue, ranging from pre-event cleaning, during the event, and post-event cleaning. This includes everything from waste management, recycling, composting, restrooms cleanliness and creating an overall positive environment for guests attending the event. This position will be on-site at our office located at The Circuit of The Americas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Daily revision of staff time clock entries.
• Ability to assist with ideas for reducing project costs.
• Assist in inventory management of supplies and equipment.
• Effectively conduct staff check-in and deployment for events in a timely and accurate manner.
• Utilize several technology platforms, including Connecteam, Jotform, Expensify, and Rapid Pay.
• Prepare event budgets and distribute event costing reports to assigned Operation Managers, daily.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to ensure staff scheduling is on-target and consistent with budget.
• Travel 10-15% to assist in large event management.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
• Bilingual is a must.
• Strong leadership and team building skills.
• Superior organization and time management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.
• Proactive in leading by example and demonstrate an "all hands-on-deck" attitude.
• Ability to lead, think and react quickly to changes made by clients or unforeseen weather conditions.
• Ability to safely drive golf carts, motorized vehicles, and pickup trucks.
• Valid Driver License
• Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds.
EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in event operations or a related field.
• College/university degree in Business, sports management, facility management or related field (not required but nice to have).
SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift, weekends as needed. Event-day schedule may vary to extended hours up to 15-hour days.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Hourly position $18-$21/hr.
