.We’re currently seeking an experienced Janitorial Post Manager to lead our team of dedicated professionals in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of premier sports stadiums and music venues. This position offers excellent pay and benefits and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Shift:
  • Monday -Friday - 3:30pm-11: 30pm,
  • However will work Post shift on Game and event days.
  • Must be available to work nights, overnights and weekend
Job Summary
The Janitorial Post Manager oversees day-to-day janitorial operations and related administrative activities. This role ensures high-quality service standards are consistently met in accordance with client specifications and contract requirements. The Supervisor is responsible for conducting inspections, maintaining equipment and inventory, ensuring safety compliance, and fostering strong client relationships. The position reports directly to the District Manager.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate the performance of janitorial staff, including cleaners and team leads.
  • Oversee both routine cleaning operations and specialty projects.
  • Ensure all reports and required documentation (e.g., payroll, inspections, incident reports) are completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure cleaning specifications and client expectations are met.
  • Provide safety and regulatory training to team members and promote company culture and values.
  • Maintain open and consistent communication with team members and management to address issues and resolve problems promptly.
  • Investigate and document employee incidents and accidents.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
  • Perform cleaning duties as needed to support team operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of supervisory experience in janitorial, facilities, or custodial services — venue or stadium experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient with basic computer tasks, including email and Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, and kneel for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry 5–15 pounds regularly.
