Allied Universal Event Services is looking to hire a Senior Branch Operations Manager to be responsible for the overall management and operations of the specific branch office assigned to within the Seattle area.

Responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the branch office, including client relations, new job startups/transitions of new accounts, and employee relations.

Ensure client relations are maintained within company standards, including attending client meetings, security meetings, and event walk-throughs.
Maintains regular contact with clients, proactive problem resolution, and oversight regarding daily client issues.
Coaching, developing, and guiding the branch staff to perform efficiently and effectively. Identify strengths and talents of current staff and train to areas of opportunity. Provide direct supervision of staff, ensure company policies and procedures (including reports and other measurement tools) are in place and being followed, administer coaching and disciplinary actions, and provide support to branch staff in the execution of their job duties.
Maintains branch files of all regions’ contracts, rates, and their terms, including expiration dates, and routinely audits Show Files ensuring compliance on all levels.
Implement and monitor ongoing compliance with all company-wide programs such as licensing, investigations (employee and general liability/auto), employee benefit programs, office procedures, vehicle patrol policies, employee coaching/discipline, training programs, and all other such programs as they relate to the effective operation of the branch.
Regularly attends events to ensure compliance with contractual agreement and performance of managers, supervisors, and crew per AUES protocol. Ensure that managers and supervisors are continuously training and identify future leadership.
Responsible for branch profitability, overseeing control of all financial impacts to the branch, including daily and weekly unbilled overtime and training expenses. Monitor daily and weekly reports and take timely corrective action to ensure compliance with policies and that responsible staff members are performing to expectations. Enter client invoices, subcontractor invoices, and branch expenses into AUS financial application. Generate and submit reports to AUES Financial team.
Oversee the wage and salary administration for personnel, pursuant to corporate and state-specific policies and procedures.
Assist the Regional Vice President in planning on both a short-term and long-term basis, for future operational growth and expansion.
Direct and administer the core security operation of the branch, providing guidance and support on all operational issues related to client relations (payroll and billing resolution, recruiting and hiring, service issues, etc.).
Monitor and direct the administration of operating expenses in all areas (e.g. labor, uniforms, and training) where they pertain to ongoing operative profitability. Monitor direct costs on a constant basis and reports these issues to the Regional Vice President.
Work closely with the Regional Manager in reviewing and updating of the operating budgets at the assigned location, and attend all operational meetings dealing with such issues as field management activity, post commander programs, open posts/staffing, and profit and loss.
Promote/sell to a wide variety of scaled dollar (up to multi-million) accounts in the appointed territory.
Presents contacts and/or service and support commitments for customer approval when the sales process is finalized, ensuring customer business needs are met while representing the best interests of AUES and maintaining the highest level of professional standards.
Oversee and work closely with department leads on recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and event operations.
Determines and establishes organizational structure and personnel; imposes and directs the structure for effective and efficient utilization of personnel (maintains and routinely updates branch organization chart).
Conducts internal branch weekly meeting where all staff participate and review upcoming events, product levels, potential sales, employee/employer related challenges, weekly staff schedule, hiring and orientation date(s)/time(s)
Ensures all staff is briefed properly and prepared for each event.
Prepares and disseminates event notes, post orders, staffing, and deployment documents for each event.
Ensures all labor laws are being adhered to (rest and meal periods executed per law, check-in/check-out procedure is followed, etc.).
Always promotes Grooming and Appearance Policy by looking professional and appropriate and enforcing that policy within the ranks.
Completes and submits all paperwork and turns it in incident reports, workers compensation filings, etc. according to standards and timelines in current Show Paperwork Policy.
Assists with scheduling as needed.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management is preferred with a minimum of five years related experience with progressive managerial responsibilities.
Prior experience in the security or other service-related industry, law enforcement and/or military highly desired. Experience in scheduling, operations or other functions of security industry is a plus.
Prior experience using ABI Mastermind for building events, scheduling, and producing reports is preferred

Current state driver’s license, clean driving record (no points in prior 3 years), minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization, including with clients, while functioning as a team player required.
