OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-driven Program Coordinator to join our team in supporting our client’s FIFA World Cup™ 2026 hospitality and experiential program across designated host cities. This is a remote contract role that will provide critical logistical, administrative, and communications support to all Market Managers and Communications Managers throughout the program.

The ideal candidate thrives in a structured yet fast-paced environment, enjoys managing details across multiple workstreams, and communicates with precision and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone looking to build experience in event operations, hospitality coordination, and client service while contributing to one of the largest global sporting events.

CONTRACT DETAILS
  • Contract Term: April 21 - July 31, 2026
  • Required Hours: 30 - 40 hours per week
  • Compensation: Competitive project-based rate, commensurate with experience
  • Location: Remote (LA, SEA, SF)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the central coordination point for all host market needs, ensuring timely communication and operational alignment.
  • Support Market Managers with logistical, ticketing, shipment, and documentation needs, including tracking and confirmation of deliveries.
  • Maintain and organize shared event documentation, including run of show (ROS) files, guest lists, contact sheets, and asset trackers.
  • Assist the Communications Manager in managing guest communications, including scheduling, message tracking, and follow-up.
  • Compile and distribute program-wide updates to internal teams and client partners, ensuring accuracy and clarity across markets.
  • Support creation of post-event reports, recaps, and data tracking across all host cities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Creative, Operations, Logistics, and Finance) to ensure timely submission of deliverables and materials.
  • Manage shared inboxes, communication logs, and file systems to maintain efficient team workflows.
  • Provide real-time virtual support during match days for text hotline escalation or reporting needs, as required.
  • Perform additional program support tasks and administrative duties as assigned by the leadership team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Flexibility to support match days and weekend communication coverage as needed (remote).
  • Must successfully complete a FIFA-supplied background check as part of the official accreditation process.

COMPETITIVE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Agency experience with a hospitality focus strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in/around soccer.
  • Familiarity with brand hospitality or VIP program execution.
  • Strong collaboration skills with both internal teams and client-facing stakeholders.
