curating and delivering access to highly sought-after sports, cultural and entertainment events for Fortune 100
companies and select corporate clients. We aide in elevating or clients’ business relationships through shared

OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a detail-oriented team player with a passion for premium guest experiences – and a passion for
soccer – to join our high-achieving hospitality team. This role will manage the planning and delivery of premium
hospitality activations and brand experiences at some of the world’s most coveted events. The right candidate
for this role is looking for a fast-paced, hands-on job experience working with large brands to create money-
can’t-buy experiences for our clients and their guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the planning and execution of premium hospitality programs and sponsorship-driven events from concept through completion.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and a team of junior event professionals.
- Contribute to strategy development and confidently provide clients with new perspectives and ideas as it relates to their hospitality activations.
- Develop event timelines and project plans to ensure smooth on-site execution.
- Oversee logistics including vendor communication, purchasing, inventory and shipping of event materials.
- Oversee events, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience and ensure team is executing programs according to pre-approved plans.
- Research and contribute creative ideas around hospitality trends – such as curated gifting, exclusive entertainment, immersive brand moments and upscale décor.
- Actively participate in internal meetings, take notes and generate next steps to support team efficiency.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in premium experiences, live events and the broader hospitality and entertainment industries.
- Develop client-facing strategy decks, competitive event audits and hospitality insights.
- Identify new business opportunities through day-to-day interactions with clients and peers.
- Support the team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, event management, communications or a related field with 5 years equivalent experience.
- 2 years of people management experience.
- Experience managing complex event logistics (accommodations, transportation, guest experience, etc.)
COMPETITIVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Agency experience with a strong emphasis on high-end hospitality.
- Self-starter with the ability to identify client needs and clearly delegate work to team to accomplish those needs.
- Experience strategizing and overseeing corporate hospitality programs from ideation to execution.
- Experience working directly with sport and entertainment properties.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for live events, premium experiences, sport and entertainment.
- Professional and proactive demeanor with a client-first attitude and strong customer service orientation.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with event management platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
LOCATION
- Hybrid role based in the Indianapolis, Charlotte or Dallas area.
