OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a detail-oriented team player with a passion for premium guest experiences to join our high-achieving hospitality team. This role will support the planning and delivery of premium hospitality activations and brand experiences at some of the world’s most coveted events. The right candidate for this role is looking for a fast-paced, hands-on job experience working with large brands to create money-can’t-buy experiences for our clients and their guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate on the planning and execution of premium hospitality programs and sponsorship-driven events from concept through completion.
  • Manage event timelines and project plans to ensure smooth on-site execution.
  • Coordinate logistics including vendor communication, purchasing, inventory and shipping of event materials.
  • Develop and format content for guest registration sites, invitation emails, client presentations and post-event reports – always aligned with our client’s brand standards.
  • Provide on-site support at events, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience; assist team members at their events as needed.
  • Research and contribute creative ideas around hospitality trends – such as curated gifting, exclusive entertainment, immersive brand moments and upscale décor.
  • Actively participate in internal meetings, take notes and generate next steps to support team efficiency.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in premium experiences, live events and the broader hospitality and entertainment industries.
  • Develop client-facing strategy decks, competitive event audits and hospitality insights.
  • Aide in identifying new business opportunities through day-to-day interactions with clients and peers.
  • Support the team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, event management, communications or a related field with 2-5 years equivalent experience.

COMPETITIVE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Agency experience with a hospitality focus strongly preferred.
  • CMP certified and/or experience working closely with hotels strongly preferred.
  • Experience with the corporate hospitality space.
  • Experience working directly with sport and entertainment properties.

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for live events, premium experiences, sport and entertainment.
  • Professional and proactive demeanor with a client-first attitude and strong customer service orientation.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with event management platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

LOCATION
  • Hybrid role based in the Indianapolis, Charlotte or Dallas area.
