With the FIFA World Cup 26™ on the horizon, Octagon is assembling a roster of event, production, and hospitality pros ready to deliver unforgettable experiences for fans and brands alike.

WHERE YOU’LL WORK
As a priority, we're looking for candidates currently in Octagon Office locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City, Stamford) or in FIFA Host Cities (Boston, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Philadelphia, Seattle, San Francisco). Remote candidates currently living outside of these listed cities will also be considered but will be required to be relocated (Octagon provided) to a Host City for the games

Contract Dates: Early January 2026 - End Aug 2026 (dates vary by role)
Contract Type: W-2 Employment. Contract positions with Octagon are not benefits-eligible

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Freelancers, contract workers, or gig workers with prior large-scale event or hospitality experience. Previous work in global sports (e.g. Olympics, World Cups, Super Bowl etc.) a major plus but not required
  • Individuals available to work in major U.S. cities in 2026 (multi-day or multi-week commitments may apply)
  • Professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
  • Team-oriented problem solvers with strong communication skills
  • Multilingual abilities a plus
  • Full availability to support all or a majority of the event days (mid-May – mid-July) 
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be standing for 8 hours at a time 
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed
