PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Integrity 9 Associate Program is designed for applicants who are interested in launching their career in the sports industry. Through this program associates will:

Gain valuable experience within the day-to-day operations of a sports marketing agency, providing entry level experience across a number of areas.
Collaborate and execute projects on both sides of the business, property sales and brand consulting.
Connect with leaders and peers who can provide guidance, advice, and possible connections for future job opportunities.

30 - 35 hours per week

POSITION OVERVIEW - SALES FOCUS

Associate will assist the property sales team through research, prospecting and sales outreach on behalf of Integrity 9 sales representation clients
Complete market research to support sales outreach, proposals, and overall development
Develop sales materials and support sales team with presentation deck development
Attend and participate in sales meetings and Integrity 9 weekly staff calls

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
