Location: Kansas City DMA

Integrity 9 is seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist in generating revenue across Integrity 9’s property portfolio with a focus on the new professional volleyball team in Kansas City. This person will be responsible for an aggressive outbound sales effort, helping build the brand in the community and management of the day to day relationship. Responsibilities include the following:

Property Sales:

Researching industry trends and best practices to identify potential prospects
Aggressive outreach to brands (CEOs, Presidents, CMOs, etc.) on behalf of Integrity 9 properties and KC Pro Volleyball
Develop client relationships by closing sales and, generally, honoring obligations in a professional and timely fashion, providing outstanding service
Ensure a level of communication to deliver an excellent working relationship
Communicate with the properties to understand opportunities
Detailed reporting on a weekly basis to the client and internal leadership team

Partnership Management:

Maintain meaningful relationships with partners through transparent communication and delivery on commitments and progress updates
Assist properties in building out a creative deck
Manage inventory for the property to maximize revenue

*Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Proven track record closing sponsorship deals
Bachelor’s degree required
5 or more years of sports marketing and/or relevant industry experience
Loyalty and the ability to work with transparency in a team environment
Excellent people skills with an ability to communicate effectively with clients and fellow employees
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be creative, well-organized, possess a strong work ethic, and have a desire to learn
Strong knowledge of MS Office with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and the ability to work within a CRM
