Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute brand marketing outreach initiatives to support partnership development and sponsorship opportunities
- Assist in identifying and building relationships with brands, influencers, and potential partners
- Manage day-to-day social media activities across company platforms, including scheduling, posting, and community engagement
- Create compelling content including graphics, short-form videos, captions, and campaign materials aligned with brand voice
- Collaborate on creative strategy for social campaigns, promotions, and brand activations
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and platform performance metrics
- Support content shoots, events, and marketing activations as needed
- Conduct research on partnership opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activity
- Help maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports
- Management, Business, Public Relations, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms is a plus
- Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for marketing, branding, social media, and creative storytelling
