Code Eleven, Inc. is seeking paid seasonal interns to assist operationally with our 2026 summer football event season. For the last 20+ years, Code Eleven has put on some of the top high school football events in the country like Elite 11, The Opening, The Next Ones, and more. With your help, we're looking to bring to life another summer of can’t-miss events. 

We are specifically looking for individuals with a passion and interest for a career in football. We understand that no candidate is perfectly qualified for any job. Primary responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Support daily operations of Elite 11 and The Opening
  • Ability to contribute to in-person operations for Elite 11 and The Opening events
  • Support on-field operations, including drills, timing, rotations, and event flow
  • Provide real-time problem solving during events
  • Management of athlete database and rosters
  • Assist with compliance, waivers, and athlete documentation
  • Assist with event logistics, including but not limited to athlete check-in, media credentialing, on-field setup, and equipment setup
  • Ability to coordinate and work with high school athletes, parents, coaches, media, event staff, vendors, and partners
  • Ability to organize, inventory, and handle product distribution including but not limited to footwear, apparel, accessories, and football equipment
  • Set up and organize individual football drills and 7on7 games

Candidate Profile:
  • College graduate or current college student with an interest in a career in football
  • Communication/Teamwork - Ability to collaborate with others and effectively communicate with team members
  • Organization - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of football rules and the current high school football recruiting landscape
  • Previous experience as a student equipment manager or recruiting intern for college football team a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft G suite: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Experience using Hudl or XOS

LOCATION: Los Angeles-based with weekend availability and ability to travel.  Looking for someone who can work multiple days a week out of our Torrance, CA based office -- Remote work is a potential
